Man goes to jail for bank robbing. Man gets out of jail. Man’s daughter gets kidnapped and ransomed for amount he went to jail for. Man robs bank to get money he doesn’t have. That’s pretty much this low-budget movie in a nutshell. Oh, and there’s a taxi cab and Nicholas Cage.
